Every piece of glass in this commission came from a single hand-blowing studio in the Forest of Dean, chosen specifically because their glass keeps the seeds, striations and thickness variation that machine-drawn float glass sands away. The client had seen a hundred-year-old Arts & Crafts window with that quality of light and wanted something new that would actually match it, not just gesture at the style.
Morning Room Triptych
Three panels using only hand-blown glass with real seeds and striations — no float glass anywhere in the piece.
